Overview

DONEORA ("we", "us", "our") is a productivity app for tasks, planning, calendar views, focus tools, reminders, goals, and AI-assisted task creation. DONEORA does not require an account or login.

Information Stored On Your Device

The app stores the following information locally on your device:

• Tasks, subtasks, notes, dates, priorities, categories, reminders, repeats, and ringtone choices.
• Special dates, goals, rewards, focus-timer progress, countdowns, and app settings.
• Subscription/trial state used by the app interface.

We do not run a cloud sync service for this data. If you delete the app, the local app data is removed by the operating system.

Information Sent From Your Device

AI Assistant

When you choose to use the DONEORA AI assistant, the text you type or dictate and the recent AI conversation context are sent to DONEORA's AI routing endpoint at https://omnirouter.enima.online/v1 so the app can generate task suggestions. If the primary AI route is unavailable, the app may use Google's Gemini API as a backup. These AI services process your text to return the requested planning response.

Do not enter sensitive personal, financial, medical, legal, or confidential work information into the AI assistant. We use AI requests only to provide the requested planning response and to operate and protect the service.

Purchases And Subscriptions

Purchases, subscription status, cancellations, refunds, and trial eligibility are handled by the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

Notifications

Task reminders are scheduled on your device after you choose a reminder and allow notifications. We do not use reminder notifications to track your location or your behavior across other apps.

Voice Input

Microphone and speech recognition access are optional and used only when you tap voice input in DONEORA AI. Spoken words are converted into editable text for your AI request. You can deny or revoke microphone and speech recognition permissions in device settings.

Phone Calendar

Calendar access is optional. If you choose to connect your phone calendar, DONEORA reads calendar names and events so it can show your schedule, and writes or updates events when you save a synced task. Calendar data is processed on your device and is not sent to DONEORA's AI providers unless you separately type that information into the AI assistant. You can disconnect calendar access in DONEORA or change the permission in device settings.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not require your name, email address, phone number, or account login.
• We do not access your contacts, camera, photos, or precise location. Calendar access occurs only after you choose to connect it. Microphone and speech recognition access occur only after you choose voice input.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use third-party advertising tracking in the app.

Data Sharing

We share information only as needed to operate app features you use, including AI processing and app-store purchase processing. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to protect the app from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

Children's Privacy

DONEORA is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information through the app, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

Your Choices

• You can avoid sending AI text by not using the AI assistant.
• You can remove local app data by deleting the app from your device.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
• You can disable notifications in your device settings.
• You can disconnect phone-calendar sync in DONEORA or revoke calendar permission in device settings.
• You can contact us about privacy requests related to AI requests or subscription records available to us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by DONEORA. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and post the new policy on this page.
